The Full Circle Dialogue experience for the yoga community, Yoga Circles, is really all about bringing a sense of being into doing. In the yoga community, some of the most common intrinsic goals of practicing yoga are to be more mindful, be more compassionate, and be more aware of the inherent connection between us all. Once off the mat and out of the studio, and into the bustling cities we live in, it can be easy to lose sight of those things. By sitting in a circle with fellow yogis on the same path, and engaging in authentic dialogue, one can actually practice those qualities with others. We live in a fast paced world where we are constantly doing and interacting with others. The Yoga Circles experience is a practice of bringing some of those “yoga-centric” qualities of being into those very interactions of doing, all while building community at the same time.
"As soon as I arrived home after the yoga conference where I had experienced Kevin’s Yoga Circles workshop, the community I live in was engaged in a talking circle. Even though I was tired from driving home and just wanted to decompress from the conference, I went, and it was a great experience. I committed myself to listen deeply and share authentically. I feel like I was able to do that and to reconnect in a way I hadn’t for some time because of experiencing the circle with Kevin and everyone else."
